Luxon Settlement...
I was away from GW for a month or so. Right before I left, I completed the Luxon Settlement quest, but didn't return to Lionguard Neiro for my reward. The quest says "completed" in my journal, but I can't find Lionguard Nero. Do I have to abandon the quest?

He was removed I beleive, along with all those "pre factions, factions quests" arounf Kytra. BUt dont abandon it.
That quest being active spawns some tasty Ettins to farm north of LA

Ettins have been nerfed to nothing, but they are famous for their armors.
But it is doing no harm being in your quest log, and it atleast clears up that area of some annoying spawns so its easier to move through, and gives you an alternate place to cap backbreaker... |
